Empowering Businesses to Create Collective Social Impact
The Corporate Purpose Initiative (TCPI) seeks to empower businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises, to align their ESG or Environmental, Social, and Governance goals with impactful social programmes. As a collective, TCPI's strategic donors and partners support programmes that address systemic social challenges and foster a culture of care and sustainability within Singapore's business community.
What We Do
The Foundation plays a catalytic role to:
- Foster Collaboration:
We engage and rally businesses to contribute to TCPI as a strategic donor or partner. We host Corporate Purpose Roundtables to facilitate meaningful discussions on addressing societal challenges and driving collective impact, while engaging strategic donors to support impactful initiatives.
- Drive Collective Action:
TCPI members have seed-funded impactful initiatives such as a national registry to track and reduce carbon emissions, corporate volunteering to strengthen community support, and employabilty programmes to reintergrate vulnerable workers - addressing key social and environmental challenges.
- Develop Research:
We facilitate evidence-based research and share stories on the outcomes of the TCPI projects.
